1. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and party chief Sonia Gandhi will lay the foundation stone of the Indira Gandhi Bhavan at 10.30 am at Kotla Road. This will be the new address of AICC Head Quarter. The function being held on the Foundation Day of the party marks the beginning of year-long celebrations to commemorate 125 years of the party's formation.

2. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will begin talk with various political parties on Telangana issue. Time is yet not confirmed.

3. DDCA will return the ticket – money from 12.00 pm onwards at Ferozshah Kotla ground.

4. Muharram procession will start at 12.30 pm at Jama Masjid.

5. Yukio Hatoyama, Prime Minister of Japan , arrive at 3.00 pm at Delhi Air Force Station, Palam

6. Yukio Hatoyama, Prime Minister of Japan , meets Director General (TERI) at 5.00 pm at Hotel Oberoi .

7. The III All-India Conference of Delhi Association of Russian Compatriots will be held at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture, 24-Ferozeshah Road, at 5.00 pm .Russian compatriots (Russian women married to Indian citizens, raised their families and settled in India for the last many years ) celebrate "New Year" as per tradition with Christman Tree, Santa Claus, and colourful cultural programmes presented by children.

8. Two MOU’s will be signed between JETRO & DMIC and IIFCL & JBIT in the presence of Shri Anand Sharma, Minister of Commerce and Industry as per the details below:Venue Committee Room No.47, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi Date Monday, 28th December, 2009 Time 6.30 p.m.

9. MS Dhoni , Virendra Sehwag , Harbhajan Singh and Ishnat Sharma will unveil their individual website at 6.30 pm at The Park Hotel , Cannaught Place.

10. Yukio Hatoyama, Prime Minister of Japan , meets Sonia Gandhi , Chairperson, UPA at 10, Janpath at 6.45 pm.

11. Yukio Hatoyama, Prime Minister of Japan , meets Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at 7.20 pm at 7, RCR .
