2. President of India, Pratibha Devisingh Patil will inaugurate the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of the Election Commission of India at 10.30 am at Plenary Hall , Vigyan Bhavan . The Vice-President, the Prime Minister, Speaker of Lok Sabha, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Chairperson of the UPA and Convener of NDA will share the dais.
3. Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea , will lay wreath at the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat at 10.30 am .
4. Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea , will meet SM Krishna , Minister of External Affairs , at 11 . 15 am at Hotel ITC Maurya
