2. President of India, Pratibha Devisingh Patil will inaugurate the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of the Election Commission of India at 10.30 am at Plenary Hall , Vigyan Bhavan . The Vice-President, the Prime Minister, Speaker of Lok Sabha, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Chairperson of the UPA and Convener of NDA will share the dais.
3. Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea , will lay wreath at the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat at 10.30 am .
4. Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea , will meet SM Krishna , Minister of External Affairs , at 11 . 15 am at Hotel ITC Maurya
5. DELHI FICCI, CII and ASSOCHAM are jointly organising an interactive meeting with Mr. Lee Myung-bak, President of the Republic of Korea at 1:00 PM at Durbar Hall, Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi . Anand Sharma, Minister of Commerce and Industry will give the special address.

1. Gujarat govt. invites 200 sand sculptors to build amazing sand sculptors of BAPU across the one kilometer stretch of Porbandar beach on Jan 30 & 31. Apart from paying a homage to Bapu, this initiative is also aimed at promoting beach tourism in Gujarat .
