1. THE FIRST-EVER BIHAR DIVAS CELEBRATION ON MARCH 22. THE BRITISH COLONIAL RULERS HAD CARVED BIHAR OUT OF THE BENGAL PRESIDENCY ON MARCH 22, 1912.
