1. ADVANCE , the global not-for-profit network of Australians and alumni abroad , organizes the opening ceremony of the ADVANCE EMERGING LEADERS SUMMIT 2010 , a summit for Indian and Australian thought leaders to discuss the opportunities and benefits of “PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF GROWTH “ at The Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi  from 09:30 AM onwards.

2. INP+ , the national level network for people living with HIV/AIDS , is organizing a national level silent Dharna/ Rally towards National Aids Control Organization (NACO), against the termination of Outreach workers from SACS of each state in which the position is exclusively for PLHIV. More than 500 Participants will take out a rally which will start from India Gate at 10.00 AM and move by road towards NACO/Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

3. Vice president Md. H Ansari will unveil the portrait of Chandrashekhar , former Prime Minister , in the Central hall of parliament at 10.00 AM.

5. A special CBI court will pronounce its verdict in the rape and murder of eight-year-old Aarti, the second case related to killing of 19 children and young women in Noida's Nithari village.

6. National Institute of Design, organizes the inauguration  of the Design Clinic Centre  for MSMEs at 11: 00 AM on at the NID - ITPO Centre in Hall No. 19 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

7. Subodh Kant Sahai, Minister for Food Processing Industries will inaugurate the National Conference on “Meat and Poultry Processing Board at 11.00 A.M. at Vigyan Bhavan,  New Delhi.
