1. Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia visit Rajghat at 10:00 AM .

2. Planning Commission has set targets for 2010-11 in the Infrastructure sector including   Power, Roads, Railways, Ports and Airports. Montek Singh Ahluwalia , Deputy Chairman Planning Commission in the presence of member Infrastructure B.K. Chaturvedi would  release  the targets and  put them on the website of Planning Commission at 12:30 PM in Committee Room No 122 Yojana Bhawan.   

3. Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia will be meeting Kapil Sibbal , Minister of Human Resources Development , at Shastri Bhawan at 3:00 PM.

4. The Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar will meet Deputy Chairman Planning Commission  Montek Singh Ahluwalia to finalize Annual Plan 2010-11 of the State. The meeting will be held in Committee Room No.122, First Floor, Yojana Bhawan at 3.30 P.M.

8. The Congress Yatra, to commemorate the 125th year of Congress' foundation, will culminate on November 10 with a rally of party President Sonia Gandhi at Allahabad.
