1. EGoM meet on Petro-prices..at North Block.

2. M. Madhavan Nambiar, Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation will inaugurate the International Workshop on Global Aviation Safety Roadmap (GASR) at        Ball Room, Hotel Hyatt Regency, New Delhi at 9.30 A.M.

3. A whole day seminar has been organized to mark the 35th anniversary of the imposition of the Emergency at Teen Murti Bhavan Auditorium, which will start from 10:00 AM.  People participating in the seminar are  Ajit Bhattacharjea, veteran journalist , Surendra Mohan, political activist , Nandita Haksar, human rights activist , Arundhati Roy, writer , Abani Roy, Political activist & Member of Parliament and many others.

5. The Minister of State for Communications & Information Technology, Sachin Pilot will meet the Vice-Chancellor of JNU, B. B. Bhattacharya at his JNU campus Office in connection with Comprehensive Telecom & IT Connectivity, a collaborative initiative between MTNL & JNU at 11.00 A.M at Vice Chancellor’s Office, JNU Campus, New Mehrauli Raod, New Delhi.

6. Prof. K.V. Thomas, Minister of State for Agriculture, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution will deliver a keynote valedictory address at the National Consultation Meet on the Right of Food Security being organized by the Indo-Global Social Service Society at Institute of Defence Studies and System Analysis 1, Development Enclave, Rao Tula Marg, Delhi Cantt, from 11.00 AM onwards.

7. Indian Medical Association organizes a press conference at 2:30 PM at IMA House , Indraprashtha marg , New Delhi

8. Secretary, Department of Telecommunications, P. J. Thomas with his team will interact with media persons on the issues of 3G and BWA auctions at 4.00 P.M. at PIB Conference Hall, 1st Floor , ‘A’ Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi

ON WATCH - RADAR & FORTHCOMING EVENTS

2. Chidambaram will visit Islamabad on June 26 where he will meet Interior Minister Rehman Malik and get a briefing on the trial in Pakistan of the 26/11 plotters and investigations into the attack.
