3. Floral tributes for Dr. Shyama Prasaad Mukherjee at 10:30 Am at central hall , parliament House.

4. Dr. Manohar Singh Gill, Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports will Re-christen the Wrestling Stadium as K.D. Jadhav Stadium in the memory of Late  Khashaba Dadasaheb Jadhav, Independent India’s first Individual Olympic medalist who won wrestling bronze Medal at 1952 Olympic Games held at Helsinki , at 11.00 A.M. at Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, New Delhi.Entry through Gate no.2, adjoining Delhi Government secretariat.   

5. Nehru Memorial Museum and Library and Nehru Planetarium is hosting an interaction with Astronaut Joan Higginbotham at 11:00 AM onwards in coordination with us at SPACE. School students will get an opportunity to talk to her about her experiences in space.      

6. Chairman & Managing Director, Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited, H.K. Sharma will address the Press Conference to share the performance highlights of the Central Public Sector Undertaking emerging as a major hydro power producer at  3.00 PM Venue Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.

7. Kapil Sibal, Union Minister for Human Resource Development and Jairam Ramesh, Minister of State for Environment and Forests (Independent Charge) to address the Press regarding signing of Memorandum of Agreeement for “Preparation of Ganga River Basin Management (GRBMP) Plan” at PIB Conference Hall, 1st Floor, ‘A’ Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi at 3.00 p.m.
8. SJVN Limited organizes  a press conference to share the Company’s Financial Performance of FY 2009-2010 from 3:00 PM onwards at Hotel Le meridian. 

9. As a part of the National Consultation on Women issues , there will be a courtesy visit to the President’s Office around 6.30 p.m. by a delegation led by Girija Vyas , Chairperson, NCW.

2.     On the 62nd Birth day of veteran journalist Late Shri Udayan Sharma,   a seminar has been organized on “Lobbying, Paid News and Contemporary journalism’, on coming Sunday, 11 July 2010 at Speaker Hall, Constitution Club, Rafi Marg, New Delhi, at 3 p.m. Union New & renewable Energy Minister Dr Farooq Abdullah, will  be the Chief Guest of the seminar.

3. S M Krishna will visit Islamabad on July 15 for talks with his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureishi.

4. President ,  Pratibha Devisingh Patil will inaugurate the International  Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) at Hyderabad on 19th August 2010. 

5. Women’s hockey World Cup 2010 to be held in Rosario, Argentina, from Aug 29 to Sep 11.

6. The Congress Yatra, to commemorate the 125th year of Congress' foundation, will culminate on November 10 with a rally of party President Sonia Gandhi at Allahabad.
