2.      Armando Emilio Guebuza, President of the Republic of Mozambique , will lay wreath at the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi at 9:30 AM.

3.      ORGANISING COMMITTEE COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010 DELHI organizes visit of SHERA  at  School of Hope, Vasant Vihar at 10:00 AM.

4. Armando Emilio Guebuza, President of the Republic of Mozambique , will meet Minister of State for External Affairs , Pareenit Kaur at 10:15 AM at Hotel Taj Palace .

5.      FICCI is organising a two-day “2nd Global Sports Summit- Turf 2010-International Convention on the Business of Sports” which will be inaugurated by Suresh Kalmadi, Chairman, OC- CWG 2010 at  10:00 AM at FICCI, Tansen Marg . Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Chief Minister of Haryana will release the FICCI Knowledge paper on Business Opportunities in Sports in India and White Paper on Building Sports Brand & Dynamics of Sports Licensing. 

6.      The Anti CWG Front is organizing a public meeting/protest against the Commonwealth Games at Jantar Mantar at 11:00  AM.

7.      CWG Baton arriving at 11:00 AM at Kapashera Border.

8.      Armando Emilio Guebuza, President of the Republic of Mozambique , will be meeting with the Prime Minister and will have delegation Level Talks at Hyderabad House at 11:15 AM..

9.      The Nikon D-SLR D3100 launch press conference at The Lalit-Bharat Hotels Ltd, Barakhamba Avenue, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001

10.  Ambika Soni, Minister of Information and Broadcasting will be visiting the Siri Fort Auditorium tomorrow to see the renovated facilities in the Auditorium Complex at 12:00 Noon at Siri Fort Auditorium Complex, Khel Gaon Marg,New Delhi.

11.  CWG Baton to arrive at CWG Head Quarter , Jantar Mantar at 12.30 PM.

12.  CII/FICCI/ ASSOCHAM organizes meeting with Armado Guebuza, President of Mozambique and the accompanying delegation at 1:00 PM at  Durbar Hall, Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi.Key Speakers : Anand Sharma, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Syamal Gupta, Chairman-Emeritus, CII Africa committee & Sr Advisor, Tata International Ltd.

13.  Sangeet Natak Academy organizes a Press Conference on Inauguration of DESH PARVA in Delhi--  a ten days long festival (Oct 4-13) of performing arts of India ---- at 3:00 PM at First Floor , Comfeerence Hall , Hotel Janpath. The press conf will be addressed by:  Leela Samson, Chairperson, Sangeet Natak Academy &  Jayant Kastuar, Secretary, Sangeet Natak Academy .

15.     SAGE Publication book “Margins of Faith: Dalit and Tribal Christianity in India” by Rowena Robinson and Joseph Marianus Kujur is being discussed at 3:00 PM at Committee Room of SSS I, Jawaharlal Nehru University .

16.  Armando Emilio Guebuza, President of the Republic of Mozambique , will be meeting Vice President at  Hotel Taj Palace at 4:00 PM.

17.  Armando Emilio Guebuza, President of the Republic of Mozambique , will be meeting Chairperson, UPA (TBC) at Hotel Taj Palace at 5:00 PM.

18.  RSS press confwerence on Babri Masjid Verdict at 5:00 PM at Sangh Karyalaya , Jhandewalan.

19.  Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari will inaugurate an Exhibition “Commonwealth Upholding Sporting Traditions and Sporting Spirit” at 5.00 p.m. at National Archives of India, Janpath, New Delhi.

20.  Armando Emilio Guebuza, President of the Republic of Mozambique , will be meeting Leader of the Opposition (Lok Sabha) at 5:45 PM at  Hotel Taj Palace .

22.  Geoffrey's & Shibani Kashyap organizes the unveiling of the Commonwealth Food & Music Carnival with a special performance by Shibani dedicated to CWG Masscot Shera at 8:00 PM at Geoffrey's, Select City Walk, Saket, New Delhi .
