3.      An interactive session with Frederick M. Abbott, Edward Ball Eminent Scholar, Professor of International Law at Florida State University of Law at 11:00 AM at  FICCI, Tansen Marg. Mr. Frederick will speak on “Proposed Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA): Issues and Implications”.

4.      To explain the implications of POSCO report and analyse its impacts a Press Conference has been organized at IWPC – Indian Women Press Corp, 5, Windsor Place, Ashoka Road  from 11:00 AM onwards which will be addressed by 1. 11.  Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will deliver the valedictory address at the international seminar on “Role of Force in Strategic Affairs”, being organized as part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of National Defence College at 4:00 PM at                Manekshaw Centre, Delhi Cantt. (Near Air Force Auditorium) . Defence Minister AK Antony will deliver the concluding speech.

12.  President Pratibha Devisingh Patil will give away the awards at the 57th National film Awards function at Vigyan Bhawan from 5;30 PM onwards.

13.  Anand Sharma, Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, will be inaugurating the Festival of Gold 2010, at 6:00 PM at Convention Hall, The Ashok, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

14.  HarperCollins India is launching ‘Looking for America’ by Avirook Sen, at 7.00 p.m. at Dublin, ITC Maurya, Diplomatic Enclave, Sardar Patel Marg . Vir Sanghvi will be in conversation with the author.

15.  An Interactive Meeting with Muhammad Faruk Khan, Commerce Minister of Bangladesh , at 7:30 PM at  Hotel Taj Mahal, Mansingh Road, New Delhi
