1.      ORGANISING COMMITTEE COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010 DELHI Media Advisory International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Jacques Rogge will be arriving at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (VIP Lounge, New Terminal 3) by Jet flight from Brussels at 1:30 am, (expected arrival time) at IGI.

2.      Floral tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat at 7:00 PM.

3.      Opening ceremony of Shipping Corporation of India (SCI)’s Golden Jubilee Year to be inaugurated by the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Plenary Hall, Vigyan Bhawan at  9.30 a.m.

4.      Commonwealth Baton will be at Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib at 8.30 AM.

5.      Commonwealth Baton will be at St. Columba Cathedral  at 9:00 AM.

6.      Commonwealth Baton will be reaching at GAMES VILLAGE at 10:55 AM.

7.      ORGANISING COMMITTEE COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010 DELHI and World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) organizes Pre-Commonwealth Games Press Conference at  11.00 am at Main Press Center (MPC), Pragati Maidan . WADA Director General David Howman will present the Agency’s programs and activities at the Games (to be held October 3-14) and answer journalists’ questions.

8.      Prince Charles to meet President Pratibha Devisingh Patil at 6:00 PM at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
