ASSIGNMENT , OCT 9th , 2010

1.      CWG ’20 km race walk’, will begin from 6.30 a.m for men’s race , followed by the women’s race, 15 minute later. The two races will begin and end in front of the Free Church on Sansad Marg and will run through Rajendra Prasad Road, Janpath, Rajpath, Vijay Chowk, where the athletes will turn around, on to the Connaught Place outer and inner circles, the Minto Road underpass, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg, from where they will get into a small circle and go back towards Sansad Marg where the race ends.   

2.      Gitanjali Group inaugurates the First Exclusive Nakshtra Universe Store  by Sandeep Dixit, Member of Parliament, East Delhi , Arvinder Singh Lovely, Member of Legislative Assembly and Minister of Education and Transport, at 10:30 AM at Nakshatra Universe, Jai Manohar Designs, S-2 / 15, Krishna Nagar.

3.      Group of Cyclists started journey from Kanyakumari on 15th July and travelled through 9 states covering 2879 km to Spread Unity Peace Message of ‘Bharat Jodo’ .Cultural programme and award function has been organized at  05:30 PM at Dr Saravepalli Radhakrishnan Auditorium,  Kendriya Vidyalaya No-2 A.P.S colony, (Near Domestic Airport) Delhi Cantt.

4.      GITANJALI GROUP unveils the Common Wealth Collection  ‘by ‘Jhootha hi Sahi’ Star John Abraham at 5:30 PM at Nakshatra Universe, Jai Manohar Designs, S-2 / 15, Krishna Nagar.

5. THE INDIAN RENDEZVOUS organizes a “ Scintillating Evening packed with the Musical performances” by PARIKRAMA on the occasion of GURGAON SHOPPING FESTIVAL from  7:30 pm onwards at Gurgaon Shopping Festival Leisure Valley Near IFFCO Chowk Metro Station, Sector-29, Gurgaon
