ASSIGNMENT , NOV 03, 2010

1.      Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas Murli Deora will have bilateral meetings at Taj Palace (Near Dhaula Kuan) with Nigeria ( 9:00 AM ) , Sri Lanka ( 10:15 AM ) and with Canada ( 11:00 AM ) on the occasion of Petrotech-2010.


2.      Ngwazi Prof. Bingu wa Mutharika, President of Republic of Malawi , will have Ceremonial Reception at Forecourt at 10:00 AM at Rashtrapati Bhavan

3.      Subodh Kant Sahai, Minister for Food Processing Industries will inaugurate First Food Testing Laboratory of National Meat & Poultry Processing Industries Board at 10.00 A.M.at  AMDA Building,7/16, Siri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg .

4.      Ngwazi Prof. Bingu wa Mutharika, President of Republic of Malawi will lay wreath at the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi at 10:30 AM at Rajghat .

5.      The Bhoomi Pujan & Earth Breaking Ceremony Of “Red Fort Parsvnath Towers” shall be performed at 11.00 a.m. at the Project Site at Bhai Veer Singh Marg, Connaught Place.

6.      Ngwazi Prof. Bingu wa Mutharika, President of Republic of Malawi will meet SM Krishna at 11:15 AM at  Hotel Taj Mahal

7.      Ngwazi Prof. Bingu wa Mutharika, President of Republic of Malawi , will be meeting with the Prime Minister and signing of agreement at Hyderabad House at 12:00 Noon.

8.      PETROTECH 2010 : Session on Corporate Social Responsibilities at 12.00 noon at Taj Palace, New Delhi where  Minister  for Corporate & Minority Affairs   Salman Khurshid will be the chief guest.

9.      To announce New Initiatives pertaining to  Asian Games 2010 Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., and The Indian Olympic Association organizes a press conference at 12.30 PM at Ball Room Oberoi Hotel Dr. Zakir Hussain Marg New Delhi

10.  Ngwazi Prof. Bingu wa Mutharika, President of Republic of Malawi will have Business Luncheon meeting by CII/FICCI/ASSOCHAM at 1;15 PM at Hotel Taj Mahal

11.  FICCI and Ernst & Young have jointly prepared a report titled “Indian Investment in US”.  To share the outcome of the report, Dr. Amit Mitra, Secretary General, FICCI and Mr. Amitabh Singh, Tax Partner, Ernst & Young will meet the Press at 1.30p.m. at FICCI, Tansen Marg, New Delhi 

12.  Case hearing of Hate speech by Arundhati Roy , Geelani at Patiala Court at 2:00 PM.   

13.  Schwarkopf organizes The Schwarkopf Essentials & Festive/Diwali & Bridal looks for this season with the models of the India International Model Hunt hunt  from 3:00 PM onwards at Schwarkopf Salon, Rectangle one, Behind Sheraton Hotel, Saket.

14.  Valedictory Session of Petrotech 2010 at 4.00 p.m. at Vigyan Bhawan Plenary Hall.  Chief Guest: Union Finance Minister Shri Pranab Mukherjee.

15.  Ngwazi Prof. Bingu wa Mutharika, President of Republic of Malawi will call on by the Vice President at 4;15 PM at Hotel Taj Mahal

16.  Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Water Resources, Pawan Kumar Bansal to hold a Press Conference consequent to meeting with Secretaries of various Ministries to consider items of Government Business to be taken up during ensuing session of Parliament at  4.30 P.M at  Room No.63, Parliament House, New Delhi

17.  Ngwazi Prof. Bingu wa Mutharika, President of Republic of Malawi will call on by the Leader of the opposition  at 5:00 PM at Hotel Taj Mahal.

18.  Vice President M. Hamid Ansari will release the report on the “National Interest Project’ at 5.15 P.M. at Nehru Memorial Museum Auditorium, Teen Murti Bhawan, New Delhi

19.  Shankar Mahadevan Nite to be held at Sirifort Auditorium at 5.30 PM onwards.  Sheila Dixit, Chief Minister will be the Chief Guest along with other dignitaries like  Sashi Tharoor, M.P.,  T.K.A. Nair,IAS, Principal Secretary to PM.

20.  Ngwazi Prof. Bingu wa Mutharika, President of Republic of Malawi will call on by  President at 7:30 PM at Rashtrapati Bhavan at 8:00 PM at Banquet hosted by the President Rashtrapati Bhawan
