1.      Inauguration of the 3rd All India Conference of the Central Administrative Tribunal by Justice Altamas Kabir, Judge, Supreme Court of India. Union Minister of Law, Dr. M.Veerappa Moily and Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions , V.Narayanasamy will also address the Conference at 10.30 a.m. at  D.S.Kothari Hall, Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Dalhousie Road, New Delhi.

2.      The Vice President of India, M. Hamid Ansari will inaugurate the “International Conference of Jurists on International Terrorism & Human Rights” at  10.45 A.M. at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi

3.      Kisan Swaraj Yatra will culminate at Rajghat at 11:00 AM .Sonia Gandhi, Chairperson of UPA and NAC will meet with the Yatra delegation in the morning.

4.      HSBC and Galli Galli Sim Sim launches  ‘Math and Money Sense Kit’ – a fun way for children to learn about numeracy & financial literacy from 11:00 AM at The Baha’i house Worship’s auditorium.

5.      ITC Limited organize the Grand Finale and Awards Ceremony of the ITC Classmate Ideas for India Challenge , an ITC Centenary Initiative . Kapil Sibal will present the Awards and  Soha Ali Khan, Brand Ambassador, will  felicitate the finalists at 11:15 am at  FICCI Auditorium, Tansen Marg, New Delhi

6.      More than 500 children with special needs will participate in 10th Special Athletic Event at 11:30 AM at Bharati College, C – 4, Janakpuri, New Delhi. Sheila Dikshit  Chief Minister will be the Chief Guest .

7.      Justice Michael Donald Kirby, Retd. Judge of the High Court of Australia will deliver a lecture on “The Modern Administrative State” as a part of  “Rajiv Gandhi Lecture on Administrative Law” . Union Minister of Law, Dr. M.Veerappa Moily will be the Chief Guest and Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Shri V.Narayanasamy will preside over the function at 3.30 p.m. at  D.S.Kothari Auditorium, Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Dalhousie Road, New Delhi

8.      Delhi Transco Ltd is establishing a 220 KV sub station at Sector-29 Rohini. Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit will lay foundation stone for the sub station at 4.00 pm .

9.      HarperCollins India launches MICE IN MEN by Anirban Bose , the best selling author of Bombay Rains, Bombay Girls at 6.30 p.m. at Crossword Bookstore Select City Walk, Level 1, Press Enclave Road, Saket.
