4.      The Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal), Delhi State,  will be holding a protest dharna against Ajay Makin, Minister, at 1,00 PM  at      10, Pt. Pant Marg, New Delhi.

5.      Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit  will flag off the  New Delhi-Panipat Matribhoomi Ladies Special and  Delhi Sarai Rohilla-SrigangangarA.C. Superfast Express tri weekly, & announce increase in frequency of  Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Bandra Terminus Garib Rath Express, 14705/14706 Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Sadulpur Express and Hazrat Nizamuddin-Vishakhapatnam Samta Express  trains  from New Delhi Railway Station at 5.45 p.m.

6.      Various Christian churches and organizations in the Capital city of Delhi are organizing a Candle-lit Protest at India Gate in support of Dr. Binayak Sen and Teesta Setalvad, asking for justice at 6.15 p.m at  India Gate
