1.      Prime Minister Dr. manmohan Singh will inaugurate the 9^th Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas at Vigyan bhavan at 9:30 AM.

2.      First BITS Global meet begins at 10:00 AM at Apparel Hall , Epicentre , Sec 44, Gurgaon. Sam Pitoda, Prithviraj Chauhan , Gen VK Singh and others are expected to address the function.

3.      Dr.M.Veerappa Moily, Minister of Law and Justice will inaugurate the International Conference on ADR – Conciliation and Mediation organized by Council of the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution at   10.15 A.M. at Regency Ball Room, Hotel Hyatt Regency, Bhikaji Cama Place, Ring Road.

4.      Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit will visit the NCC Republic Day Camp 2011 and address the NCC cadets at  11:00 AM at  DG NCC Republic Day Camp, Garrison Parade Ground, Delhi Cantt.

5.      FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) is organising an interactive session on “Face to Face with our Government” at 11:30 AM at FICCI, New Delhi.  Rakesh Mehta, IAS, Chief Secretary, Delhi Govt; K.S Mehra, IAS, MCD Commissioner; R.K Verma, IAS, Transport Commissioner; Jalaj Shrivastava, IAS, Trade & Taxes Commissioner and Savitur Prasad, Citizen Services IT Secretary will be the panellist at the interactive session. 

6.      Press conference of of film TURNING 30  with producer Prakash Jha , Gul Panag and others at 4:00 PM at Le Meridean.

7.      Lecture on "Will India and China Grow Together or Grow Apart?" by  Professor Kishore Mahbubani Dean, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore at 7:00 PM at Gulmohar Hall, India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road. Dr Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission will also address the lecture.
