·        3.30 p.m. – Special Address by Mr Nandan Nilekani, Chairman, UIDAI

·        Defence Minister Shri AK Antony to “Flag-In” the ‘First Indian Army Ski Expedition to South Pole’ at    10:00 AM at   Room No.129-D, South Block, New Delhi.

·        Plan India & UNESCO organize a  discussion on the needs, issues and concerns of out of school adolescents at 10:30 AM / Amaltas, India Habitat Center, New Delhi. Kapil Sibbal will be present on the occasion.

·        National Council of Dalit Christians and All India Pasmanda Muslim Mahaj are organizing a Press Conference at 3:00 PM at Deputy Chairman Hall, Constitution Club of India, Vithal Bhai Patel House, Rafi Marg.

·        A New India-Australia Partnership to Support the Aspirations of Delhi’s Urban Poor at 3.30 pm at Murray Harris Room, Australian High Commission 1/50 G, Shantipath, Chanakya Puri.

·        Shiromani Akali Dal press conference  at 4.00 PM at Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, New Delhi, regarding blatant illegality committed by the Delhi Police  to shield Sajjan Kumar in 1984-Sikh massacre case (FIR No. 67/1987 - P.S. Nangloi, Delhi).

·        Celebrate International Women’s Week, with PANKH: Flights of Freedom by dancer Geeta Chandran and presentation of the first ‘SHE’ Award (Saluting Her Endeavour) for outstanding service to society and humanity at 7pm at Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road, New Delhi.

·        An evening of Poetry and Conversation by Dr. Urshila Chanana, author of Nazariye a collection of poems in Urdu and Hindustani at 7 pm at Café Turtle, atop the Full Circle Bookstore GK-1, N-Block Market.
