  1. Shailaja Bajpai's Three Parts Desire is a story of Didi, who lives a life of a recluse with her loyal maid- Sita and her Daughter- Baby. The book essays the three different phases lived by Didi in different places such as New York, New Delhi, Chor Bagh and an un-named Hill Station. There are secrets which she has been guarding fiercely, only to be revealed at a time when she least expected them to be.
