1.      Melanne Verveer, United States Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women's Issues, will visit MCD school in RK Puram ( near DPS SCHOOL ) at 10:00 M.

2.      ITIHAAS (Indian Traditions & Heritage Society) orgnises  ITIHAAS YOUNG WRITERS’ FORUM ANVESHAN 2011: SHATAK KO SALAAM  at 10:30am at Teen Murti Auditorium, Teen Murti Bhawan, Chanakya Puri. Gursharan Kaur, Wife of the Prime Minister of India, is the Chief Guest & Dr. Gautam Sengupta, Director, Archeological Survey of India (ASI) will be the Guest of Honour.

3.      Committee of Members of Parliament  on FCI will meet under the Chairmanship of  Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Prof. K.V. Thomas to review quality control and movements of foodgrains at 11.00 a.m.at Samrat Hotel, Kautilya Marg, Chanakya Puri,  New Delhi.

4.      Amar Singh likely to appear at crime branch office of Delhi Police at Chanakyapuri at 11:00 AM.

5.      MEA briefing at 11:45 AM at XP Divn on President’s visit to ROK & Mongolia.

6.      Harish Rawat, Minister of state for Agriculture,Food Processing Industries and Parliamentary Affairs will preside over the function and distribute the prizes to the prize-winning students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas of 14th National Youth Parliament Competition,2010-11 at 3.00pm at Mavlankar Auditorium,Rafi Marg,New Delhi.

7.      Investiture of the Sangeet Natak Akademi Fellowships and Sangeet Natak Akademi Awards for 2010 by Vice President ,  M. Hamid Ansari at 6.00 P.M. (Please be seated by 5.45 P.M.) at  Kamani Auditorium , Copernicus Marg, New Delhi- 110001

8.      Pratibha Devisingh Patil, the President of India, will be the Chief guest at ‘Global Environment and Disaster Management: Law and Society” at  06.00 P.M. at  Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.  Justice S H Kapadia, Chief Justice of India, will be the Chief Guest.

9.      Suresh K Goel, Director General , Indian Council for Cultural Relations inaugurates Photography Exhibition on RABINDRANATH TAGORE IN CHINA at 6.45pm at Azad Bhavan Art Gallery, IP Estate, Near ITO. Exhibition will remain open from 23rd to 27th July, 2011 between 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
