2.      ORF is organizing a seminar on MAPPING THE INDIAN HARD POWER LANDSCAPE at the ORF Campus from 10:00 AM onwards. Former Generals like VP Malik , Vijay Oberai , Satish Nambiar and others are expected to attend.

3.      The inaugural Rabindranath Tagore International Prize consisting of a cash prize of Rs. 1 Crore will be given to Rampada Choudhary at India International Centre Auditorium at 10:00 AM.

4.      The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing an Interactive Session with Prof. Dani Rodrik on “Industrial Policy and Economic Development” at 11:45 AM at Silver Oak, India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road, New Delhi.Dr. Subir Gokaran, Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India and Arun Maira, Member, Planning Commission will address the Session.

5.      SAB TV organize a Press Conference of CHINTU CHINKI AUR EK BADI SI LOVE STORY with Rajesh Kumar , Divyanka Tripathi  & Rakesh Bedi at  Shanghri - La's, Ganga Yamuna , 19 Ashoka Road, Connaught Place, at  12.00 P.M

6.      Press Interaction with Karate Champion Bhaskar Sen, student of Amity International School Saket and winner of the Bronze Medal during 6th Commonwealth Karate Championship held in Sydney, Australia from July 30- 31, 2011 from 12:30 p.m. onwards at  Auditorium, Amity International School, M Block Market, Saket.

7.      SC & ST Employee Confederation to stage demonstration at Jantar Mantar demanding ban on film AARAKSHAN from 1:00 PM onwards.

8.      Pushpanjali Crosslay Hospital to conduct a press conference at 1:00 PM at Board Room , 1^st Floor , Pushpanjali Crosslay Hospital, Sec -1 , Vaishali, to update on Ramrati’s heart surgery. Ramrati was identified by a Hindustan Times Lensman lying outside the AIIMS hospital in an unused gents urinal.

9.      NGOs organize STOP SEX TRAFFICKING CAMPAIGN : PETITION HANDOVER (Over 3lac petition collected from all over India) to  Shantha Shina, Chairperson,National Commission for Protection of Child Rights at Press Club of India 1, Raisina Road, at 02:30 PM.

10.  Symposium on MARXISM TODAY on the occasion of Professor Irfan Habib’s 80^th birth day from 3:00 PM onwards at Speakers’ Hall ,  Constitution Club, Rafi marg. Aijaz Ahmed , Utsa Patnaik , Irfan habib and others to air their views at the symposium.

11.  PBC organizes A Group Art Show VIBRANT BRUSHES --- showcasing the art works of four upcoming and contemporary artists – Naval Kishore , Pankaj Nigam , Rohit Sharma and Pradeep Tarei ---at PBC Art Gallery at 6:30 PM at PBC Art gallery , Paharpur Business Centre , 21 , Nehru Place.
