1.      Akshara Communications launches a book “Health Wealth and Spiritualism” , authored by R C Aggarwal , chairman of Hindustan Soft Education Ltd. , from  09:30 am onwards at India International Center, 40 Lodhi Estate, New Delhi .

2.      Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh to meet award –winning teachers at 10:00 AM at 7 RCR.

3.      Karia Munda to inaugurate a tribunal on EVANGELISM : IMPACT ON TRIBALS at 10:00 AM at Lok Kala Manch , Lodhi Road.

4.      Pratibha Devisingh Patil, President of India will give away the National Awards 2010 to Teachers at  Vigyan Bhawan at  11.15 p.m.  (To be seated by 10.30 a.m.)

5.      Briefing by foreign secretary on PM’s visit to Bangladesh at 2:45 PM at XP Briefing Hall , Shastri Bhavan .

6.      National Action Forum for Social Justice will be announcing National Executive committee at 3;00 PM at Dr. Ambedkar Auditorium , Andhra bhavan. PS Krishnan , chief patron of the forum will be making the announcement. P.L. Punia, MP , and  Chairman, National Commission for Scheduled castes will be the chief guest.

7.      IIC  and  SUBBU FORUM  organize  a Round Table on: "U.S.-PAKISTAN RELATIONS : RECENT DEVELOPMENTS AND IMPLICATIONS FOR INDIA",  led by  Dhruva  Jaishankar at 3:00 PM at  CR II, India International Centre (above the Main Dining Hall)

8.      Anand Sharma, Union Minister of Commerce, Industry & Textiles, will deliver the inaugural address of WTO’s Regional Trade Policy Course, at Monday, September 5, 2011 at 03:30 PM at IIFT Auditorium, B -21, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi . Pascal Lamy, Director General WTO and Dr. Rahul Khullar, Commerce Secretary will participate in the inaugural function.

9.      Stas Misezhnikov, Minister of Tourism of Israel will call on Union Minister of  Tourism,   Subodh Kant Sahai at  4.00 p.m. at  Ministers Chamber, Transport Bhawan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.
