1.      Air Marshal NAK Browne  would be taking over as new Vice Chief of the Air Staff of Indian Air Force . Pays homage at Amar Jawan Jyoti, India Gate at   09:10 AM hrs (b)     Guard of Honour at Air HQ, Vayu Bhawan at 09:25 AM.

2.      Air Marshal KJ Mathews, takes over as Commander-in-Chief, Strategic Forces Command. Lays wreath at Amar Jawan Jyoti at India Gate at  09:40 AM (ii)       Guard of Honour at Headquarters, Strategic Forces Command, Naraina at 1030 hrs.

3.      ‘NO HONKING DAY’  CAMPAIGN’ At McDonald’s crossing, Janpath, from 10.30 A.M-12.30 P.M .

4.      The  22nd Safdar Hashmi Memorial is being organized at Vithal Bhai Patel House Lawns at Rafi Marg from 1.30 P.M onwards. This year the event, FAIZ 2011, is themed around Faiz Ahmed Faiz, since 2011 is Faiz’s Birth Centenary year.
