1.      Flag hoisting by Congress president Sonia Gandhi on the occasion of Congress Foundation Day at 9:00 AM at the AICC Headquarter.

2.      About 300 leading town planners, safety engineers, disaster management experts, and manufacturers and suppliers of safety equipment will attend the three day National ‘Safety convention 2010’ to begin in Le Meridian Hotel frpm 10:00 AM onwards.

3.      The Record Office looking into Human Resources aspects of Personnel Below Officers Ranks (PBORs) of Indian Air Force, has been certified as an ISO 9001 : 2008 organisation.  Towards this, an accreditation ceremony  to hand over the ISO Certificate, has been planned to be held at 11:00 AM at Subroto Park (AFRO Lawn), New Delhi. Vice chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal PK Barbora PVSM VM ADC  will be chief guest on the occasion.

4.      71st Anniversary of CRPF is scheduled to be held at 11:00 AM at Group Centre, CRPF, Jharoda Kalan, near Najafgarh. Pranab Mukherjee, Finance Minister , will be the  Chief Guest.

5.      Dr. C.P.Joshi, Minister for Rural Development to deliver Valedictory Addresss at a Workshop on "Appropriate Technology for Rural Development" at 12.00 Noon at GulMohar Hall ,  India Habitat Centre,  Lodhi Road, New Delhi -110003.
