1. PRAVASI BHARTIYA DIVAS : There will be a seminar on Nanotechnology at Vigyan Bhawan from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm..Bhartiya Pravasi Divas programme.

2. PRAVASI BHARTIYA DIVAS : There will be second seminar on property-related issues of Overseas Indians at Vigayna Bhavan from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.

3. Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President K Chandrashekhar Rao will meet Prime Minister before noon…and later will hold a press conference at his residence around 1.00 pm.

12. Kamal Nath, Minister for Road Transport & Highways will present the 5th National Road Safety Awards at the Valedictory Function of the 21st Road Safety Week (being celebrated from 1st to 7th January 2010 throughout the country) at 3:00 pm at Lal Chowk Theater, Pragati Maidan.

13. Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malta for cooperation in the fields of protection, preservation, promotion and management of art. 22. PRAVASI BHARTIYA DIVAS : SM Krishna , External Affairs Minister , will host a dinner for NRI at Raja-Rani garden , Taj Palace at 8.30 pm. .
