1. Union Cabinet meeting at 10:00 AM at 7 RCR.
2. A day-long sharing by elected women representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) from across India will discuss how women's participation in Panchayati Raj Institutions has unfolded over the years, there is a need for the blanket 33 percent to be broken down the same way the reservations in the village councils are. The discussion will take place at Constitution Club, Rafi Marg.
3. JK Business School (JKBS), Gurgaon, one of the premier Business Schools in India is organizing a national conference on "Library Services in Electronic Environment" from 10:00 AM onwards.

The show is script, designed & directed by Ranjit Kapur .

1. THE FIRST-EVER BIHAR DIVAS CELEBRATION ON MARCH 22. THE BRITISH COLONIAL RULERS HAD CARVED BIHAR OUT OF THE BENGAL PRESIDENCY ON MARCH 22, 1912.
