·        BSF and BDR dialogue will commence from 9:30 AM  at BSF HQrs CGO Complex, The 20 member Bangladesh delegation is led by Major General Md. Rafiqul Islam, Director General, Border Guard Bangladesh while the Indian delegation is headed by Raman Srivastava, Director General, Border Security Force .

·        US Ambassador Timothy J. Roemer will give the Keynote Address at the  inaugural session of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) International Conference on “America & Asia: Perspectives on Peace, Security & Development,” at the auditorium of the India International Center (Annexe Building) at 9:30 AM.

·        “Women’s Reservation Bill: The Road Ahead” seminar at Speaker’s Hall in the Constitution Club,  Rafi Marg, at 11:00 AM .

·        Cricket match at 11:00 AM at Spring House , Farm 3 green Avenue , Pocket 3 , Vasant Kunj.

·        BJP all India Office Bearers , State presidents and general secretaries meeting at Parliament Annexe at 11:00 AM.

·        The Minister for Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises Praful Patel will have a day long interactive session with the Chief Executives of Maharatna, Navratna and Miniratna Central Public Sector Enterprises at  11.00 a.m. and Press Conference by Minister:  11.30a.m. to 12.15 p.m. at SCOPE Convention Centre, Lodi Road, New Delhi.

·        Kapil Sibal, Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology will inaugurate the e-Post Office of India Post at 3.00 pm at Conference Room, 13th  Floor, Sanchar Bhawan, Ashoka Road.

·        Meeting for finalization of Annual Plan outlay for 2011-12 of the State will be held between Deputy Chairman Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Chief Minister of Sikkim  Pawan Chamling in Room No.122  at 3.30 PM.                           

·        COLLEGE OF ART inaugurates the  58th ANNUAL ART EXHIBITION at 20-22, Tilak Marg, at 5.00 p.m.  DR. KIRAN WALIA will  inaugurate .

·        On Dr Karan Singhs 80th birthday, Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh launches  1. A Film - "I Believe: Universal Values for a Global Society" by Raja Choudhury and 2. A Penguin Book on the select Correspondence between Mrs. Indira Gandhi and Dr Karan Singh titled Kashmir and Beyond: 1966-84. at 5:00 PM .
