2. Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Kapil Sibal will inaugurate the meeting on General Body of Indian National Commission for Cooperation with UNESCO at  Banquet Hall, 3rd Floor, Ashok Hotel, Chankyapuri, New Delhi at 10:00 AM.

3. US Special Envoy to Pakistan and Afghanistan Richard Holbrook is in India and will be meeting External Affairs Minister SM Krishna.

11. Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal), Delhi State, along with 1984 riots victims will be holding a protest march from Gole Dak Khana to the office of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee at 1:00 PM against the withdrawal of Senior Advocate, S. Harvinder Singh Phoolka from the 1984 riots cases.
